Why Add a Backup Payment Method?
Backups come in handy when your primary payment fails.
The reasons could be:
Expired method
Security checks
Declined payment
Insufficient funds
Maintenance downtime
To avoid service disruptions, we recommend adding a backup payment method. We support credit/debit card (provided by Visa, MasterCard or American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.
Have multiple stations? π Payment methods are available to account owners on all of their stations. For example, if you are the owner of 3 stations, then payment methods added to any will be made available to all.
Adding a Backup Payment Method
Add additional payment methods in your account's billing area.
Choose 'Manage Billing' to open up your billing subscription(s).
Choose 'Payment Methods', then 'Add New'.
Fill in your payment method and submit.
Alternatively, choose a different payment method (option located at the bottom).
Switching Primary & Backup Payment Methods
Once additional payment methods have been added, you can choose which is your primary and which is your backup.
Choose the option to set the payment method as primary or backup.
Finally, select your preference and confirm.
A primary payment method is needed. But if you're struggling to add a new payment method, make a switch, or remove old payment methods, please get in touch with the support team at help@radio.co.
