Why Add a Backup Payment Method?

Backups come in handy when your primary payment fails.

The reasons could be:

  • Expired method

  • Security checks

  • Declined payment

  • Insufficient funds

  • Maintenance downtime

To avoid service disruptions, we recommend adding a backup payment method. We support credit/debit card (provided by Visa, MasterCard or American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

Have multiple stations? πŸ™‹ Payment methods are available to account owners on all of their stations. For example, if you are the owner of 3 stations, then payment methods added to any will be made available to all.
