Which emails can I change?
With the exception of the Owner email address (read more on this below), you can change any user's email within the Radio.co dashboard.
How do I change the email?
For Station Manager, Music Controller, DJ and Guest DJ Users:
Within the Radio.co Dashboard, go to Users, then select the pencil icon next to the user in question.
Click the 'Delete User' red box.
This'll delete the user, who now just needs to be re-invited using their new email.
To do so, click 'Invite a User'.
Fill in the information requested, and then select 'Invite'.
The user will receive an invite link to their email address, which when clicked will activate their account.
For Station Owner:
For security reasons, you will need to contact support if you need to update the station owner's email address. You can do this via the chat box on your dashboard, or by emailing help@radio.co.
In order to complete the request, we require the following information from you:
The current owner email address
The new owner email address
The last 4 digits of the payment card/PayPal email used to make payment
The last payment date and amount
The station name
