What’s changing?

When you log in, we’ll send a one-time passcode (OTP) to your email. You’ll need to enter this code to access your account. It’s a quick, simple extra layer of security, and there’s no setup needed.

This change applies to everyone using the platform.

Why are we doing this?

We’re making this update to protect your station from unauthorised access. It’s one of the easiest and most effective ways to keep your account secure, especially as email-based logins are more common targets for fraud and hacking attempts.

Using OTP means:

  • You’re protected even if your password is compromised

  • Your account is safer without needing to install or configure anything

  • You’ll always know if someone is trying to log in as you

What do I need to do?

To make sure you don’t run into issues, please:

  • Check you can access your login email: We’ll send your code to the email address on your account. You’ll need to open this email to complete login.

  • Update your email if needed: If you no longer use the email linked to your account, get in touch with Support. We’ll help you update it.

  • Avoid shared inboxes: Try to use a personal email that only you can access.

What if I get locked out?

If you can’t access your login email, contact our Support team. We’ll need to verify that you have authorised access to the account before we can help you log back in.

  • Station owners: We’ll ask for recent billing details to confirm your identity.

  • Collaborators: We may ask for your original invitation email, your broadcast password (if you use one), or details of recent activity on the account.

This process helps us keep your station safe and prevents unauthorised access.
