This guide will document the different ways you can get support on the Radio.co product.

If you need assistance, there are four ways to get support:

1. Chat Support

You can contact us through our live chat widget available on our websites:

Look for the red chat button located at the bottom right corner of the page to start a conversation with our support team.

2. Email Support

For email inquiries, reach out to us at help@radio.co. Our team will respond as soon as possible to assist you.

For both email and chat support, our team aim to respond within no longer than 1 working day.

3. Phone Support

If you prefer to speak with a support representative, you can schedule a call with us using the following link:

There are a couple terms and conditions for booking a call with us, which are:

  • Calls are for technical help only. Please do not book a call for a demo or training purposes.

  • Phone Support is only available for customers who are on the Standard plan or above, and is unavailable for trial customers (regardless of plan).

  • Calls are limited to 15 minutes. Please ensure you're prepared for the call, to give us the best chance of assisting you.

  • A call agenda must be provided on the booking form. If not provided, your call will be cancelled.

  • Calls are at our discretion, and where we feel a response to your query can be provided quicker via email, we will endeavour to do so.

4. Self-Serve

If you want to learn more about Radio.co or how a certain feature works, you can use the following services:

  • Help Centre: Containing guides on the entire platform, this is your one-stop destination for learning more about the Radio.co product.
