From January 2026 you can turn on a One Time Passcode for your Radio.co account.

This adds an extra step after you enter your email and password. A short code is sent to your inbox, and you use that to finish signing in.

You can enable this at any time in Account Settings.

It is optional throughout January, then becomes required for all users on

2 February 2026.

The early access period gives you time to check that you can reach the email address on your account and update it if needed.

How it works

  1. Enter your email and password

  2. We send a passcode to your email address

  3. Enter the passcode to complete login

The code is single use and expires after a short time. If it expires, request a new one from the login screen.

What do I need to do?

To make sure you don’t run into issues, please:

  • Check you can access your login email: We’ll send your code to the email address on your account. You’ll need to open this email to complete login.

  • Update your email if needed: If you no longer use the email linked to your account, get in touch with Support. We’ll help you update it.

  • Avoid shared inboxes: Try to use a personal email that only you can access.

What if I get locked out?

If you can’t access your login email, contact our Support team. We’ll need to verify that you have authorised access to the account before we can help you log back in.

  • Station owners: We’ll ask for recent billing details to confirm your identity.

  • Collaborators: We may ask for your original invitation email, your broadcast password (if you use one), or details of recent activity on the account.

This process helps us keep your station safe and prevents unauthorised access.
