Keep an eye on your station's performance. Stats are broken down into two types:

Both contain useful info about who's listening, peak listen times, device types, popular tracks, and loads more.

Advisory: Certain reports are only available for 2 months. We recommend downloading all your reports every month so you don't lose data.

Statistics: Listener Performance

Within your Studio > Statistics, there are a few options to help keep an eye on how well your station is performing and who your listeners are.

Overview (stored for 2 months)

Accurately measure your overall listenership. And use powerful filtering options to gain deeper insights into what makes your listeners tick.

Drill down into how well your station is performing.

  • Listen Period: Choose a set or custom timeframe, e.g. last 7 days.

  • Station Overview: View top-level info like total listeners and average listening time.

  • Visual Listenership: Change graph data based on the overview info for custom views.

  • Top Performers: Know where listeners are tuning in from, devices, and platforms.

  • Download Stats: Export the selected timeframe for reporting purposes.

Real Time

See who's listening to your station right now. From accurate locations all over the world to listen duration, get to know who's connected in real time.

  • Monitor: Track active listeners on a world map.

  • Devices: Discover popular devices, from desktop to smart speaker.

  • Real-Time: Monitor listenership in real-time.

  • Control: Kick or ban listeners.

Historical Reports (stored for 2 months)

Go back in time. Track listenership metrics to see how your station is performing. Whether that's from last night, last week, or last month.

  • Unique Listeners: Track repeat or unique listens.

  • Peak Listenership: Discover when your station was most popular.

  • Data Usage: Keep an eye on your station's bandwidth usage.

TTSL

Get a roundup of your station's overall total time spent listening (TTSL for short). Useful for keeping a log of your performance and providing to your licensing body.

Some tracks are more popular than others. Discover which ones get played the most and which your listeners like the best.

  • Track Details: Scroll through a list of every track played on your station.

Recently Played (stored for 24 hours)

Keep an eye on your station's output with a 24 hour track log.

Recently played report

View or download your station's recent track history, ideal for reporting purposes.

  • Track History: View precise track history, like which playlist it belongs to.

  • Download Stats: Export tracks from the past 24 hours.
