Please see below the support changes over the Christmas and New Year period.

Over the Christmas and New Year period, our support team will be working reduced hours. We’ll continue monitoring our systems to make sure your station stays on air.

If you have important changes or broadcasts planned, we recommend scheduling them in advance where possible.

Holiday support hours

24 December (Christmas Eve): Reduced support hours
25 December (Christmas Day): No support, systems monitored by On Call team
26 December (Boxing Day): Reduced support capacity, urgent broadcast-critical issues only
1 January (New Year's Day): Reduced support capacity, urgent broadcast-critical issues only

You may experience slower response times between 24 December and 2 January. Thanks for your patience, we’ll respond as quickly as we can.

Normal support resumes from Friday, 2nd January.
