Holiday support hours
• 24 December (Christmas Eve): Reduced support hours
• 25 December (Christmas Day): No support, systems monitored by On Call team
• 26 December (Boxing Day): Reduced support capacity, urgent broadcast-critical issues only
• 1 January (New Year's Day): Reduced support capacity, urgent broadcast-critical issues only

Normal support resumes from Friday, 2nd January.
